Pricing: As a new venture it's sometimes difficult to get it right straight away. So, in order to offer the experience to as many as possible, we have recalculated our prices. They include films or shorts of your choice, popcorn if required, ice cream cartons if preferred for a duration of upto 2 hours 30 minutes.
They are as follows: £65 for under ten people,
10 to 20 people is £75
and over 20 to 30 is £80 with an additional £10 per 10 people thereafter,
limit of 40 people unless there is a large venue available.
Terms:
Please note that employees or agents of The Time Machine are not trained carers and will not take the place and responsibilities of staff in our customers' places of work or residence. We do not provide any personal care or one to one support. We will need notification from staff on duty of any potential risk factors for any resident attending our sessions, in particular those risks incurred in the consumption of popcorn and ice cream or history of epylepsy for appropriate viewing materials. We undertake to provide adequate Public Liability insurance and to provide proof thereof upon request.
Popcorn is supplied as standard unless otherwise arranged, it's usually either or,ice cream cannot be provided for practical reasons but upon request, we will supply tubs and spoons as much like they were then as we can. you'll need to provide the ice cream!
Cancellation:
All customers are asked to give as much prior notice as possible of cancellation as this allows others to enjoy the service too. Any cancellations within 3 working days will incur a cancellation fee.
3 Days: 15% of the agreed fee.
2 Days: 30% of the agreed fee.
1 Day or less: 50% of the agreed fee.
These charges do not apply to deferred bookings of which the management is aware.
